Shipping & Terms.

For order received BEFORE 3pm Monday – Friday we try to ensure all our orders are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Our experience shows items sent via Royal mail will receive their orders within 24hours. But please allow 1 to 2 working day for delivery, before contacting us.  Please note that items sent First class will be untracked and uninsured and will not be covered by Arwa Lashes.

 When ordering bulk items we recommend that you use our Tracked  Guaranteed by 1pm Next Working Day delivery option.  

Please note Arwa Lashes does not take any responsibility for delays caused by the courier company. Arwa Lashes only takes liability for the initial delivery charge – any charges applied in the cases of failed delivery attempts are NOT covered by Arwa Lashes and the liability lies with the customer.

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it, only if it is unused, unworn and in its original packaging, unopened.
